Thank you to ALL for helping to make our Seeeya Invitational a GREAT success!!! Although it was a long day for many of us it was definately a success. The swimmers did fantastic. We had several more AA times achieved as well as some All-Star times AND some are getting closer to the Zones qualifications.
Keep working hard. We are now approaching the "intense" part of the season. This is the time to really start pushing yourselves beyond what you think you can do. Don't allow yourself to give in to being tired. More importantly, DON'T BE AFRAID TO FEEL TIRED!!!!!! Each and everyone of you have it in you to push beyond what you believe your limits are. Attend as many practices as possible. Be focused at practices. Practice to perfection!!!
